1. Who we are

Promo Product Suppliers provides a searchable directory of companies in the promotional products industry (suppliers, distributors, decorators, service providers, and software vendors). We are independent and not affiliated with any trade association.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

3. Listings and user content

• You may submit or edit business listings (“Content”). You represent you have the rights to publish that Content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display your Content as needed to operate the Service.
• We may moderate, reject, or remove Content that violates these Terms or our quality standards.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or infringing information.
• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-exporting data without permission.
• Attempting to disrupt, probe, or bypass security or access controls.
• Using the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.

5. Paid listings, billing, and renewals

Some features may require payment (e.g., enhanced listings, verified badges, featured placement, sponsorships). If you purchase a subscription, it will auto-renew until you cancel.

• Prices, features, and plan terms will be displayed at checkout.
• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

6. Third-party links and communications

Listings may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. You are solely responsible for communications and transactions with other companies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy of listings, vendor availability, or outcomes. Vendor badges and verification indicators (when available) are informational and not a warranty.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promo Product Suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, other users, or our rights. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via email or an in-product notice). Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
