Refund Policy

Promo Product Suppliers is rolling out publicly in March 2026. This policy describes the refund approach we intend to use for paid listings and sponsorships once billing is enabled.
1. Subscriptions (paid listings)
- You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops renewal; you will typically keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Unless required by law, we generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
2. First-time purchase courtesy refund
If you are a first-time subscriber and request a refund within 14 days of your initial charge, we may issue a one-time courtesy refund, provided:
- The request is made within 14 days of the initial charge date.
- The subscription is not associated with abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- Any promotional credits or one-time benefits tied to the purchase haven’t been consumed (where applicable).
Processing fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable where permitted.
3. Featured placements & sponsorships
Featured placements, category sponsorships, and other promotional upgrades are typically non-refundable once the placement period has started or the promotion has been delivered.
If we fail to deliver a purchased promotion due to our error (for example, a placement not running as scheduled), we may offer a make-good (extended placement) or a refund at our discretion.
4. Duplicate charges and billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, etc.), contact us promptly. If we confirm an error, we will correct it and issue an appropriate refund.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@promoproductsuppliers.com with:
- The email address on your account
- Company name and listing URL (if applicable)
- Date of charge and the plan/promotion purchased
- The reason for the request
